What do I pay for, exactly?
A one-time setup fee per project, then a monthly platform fee made of two parts: a per-project tier fee and a per-salesperson license fee. AI usage is included up to a generous allowance.
Is there a minimum number of licenses?
No. Every subscription includes one admin seat that can also use the sales features available in your tier. Add salesperson licenses whenever you need them.
How is AI usage billed?
Each plan bundles an allowance — transcription hours and AI credits for chat and summaries. You only pay overage rates if you exceed it; most teams never do.
Can I publish more than one project?
Yes. Each plan includes one published project; add more at the per-project rate for your tier. Draft projects are always free.
